Política de cancelación
Customers may skip a shipment, pause their subscription, or cancel their recurring subscription at any time before their next scheduled billing date through their customer account or by contacting Xpressive Mocha.
Subscription cancellations or changes requested after an order has been processed or shipped will apply to future recurring orders only. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for keeping their payment method, billing information, and shipping address up to date to avoid interruptions in service.
Xpressive Mocha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel subscription services at its discretion, including in cases of discontinued products, pricing updates, inventory limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
