Warm Weather Shipping Notice ☀️
Our handcrafted body butters are made with natural plant butters and oils. Because we do not use heavy synthetic stabilizers, products may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping or after delivery.
This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety, or moisturizing benefits of your product.
If Your Body Butter Arrives Soft or Melted
Simply:
- Place the unopened jar in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes, or allow it to cool in a cool room.
- Once firm, it is ready to use.
Please note that the whipped texture may become denser after melting and re-solidifying, but the product will perform exactly as intended.
Summer Shipping
During warmer months, we take extra care when packaging your order. However, once a package leaves our studio, shipping temperatures and delivery conditions are outside of our control.
We recommend:
- Tracking your package.
- Bringing your order indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
- Avoiding leaving packages in direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or mailboxes.
Weather-Related Melting
Melting or softening caused by high temperatures during transit or after delivery is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for a refund or return.
