Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Xpressive Mocha, every product is handcrafted in small batches using premium plant-based ingredients. Because our products are considered personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns

For the safety and hygiene of all customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Body Butters
  • Body Oils
  • Body Mists
  • Beard Care Products
  • Lip Care
  • Eye Serums
  • Gift Sets
  • Seasonal or Limited Edition Products
  • Sale or Clearance Items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s)

After review, we will gladly work with you to replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.
